You see I have been following Chad for years because he was never handed anything. This guy busted his butt and paid his dues at a junior college in California then eventually went to Oregon St. and really made an impact. Then went on to lead the league in yards. But he never forgot where the hard work would lead him.
Chad works just as hard as any other teammate even though he's a receiver. He follows a regimen that trains movements not muscles. He does this by performing complex movements filled with hip extension/flexion that really give him the power to get off the line and have that burst out of his breaks. The key to becoming a great wide receiver is to train to become the best overall athlete by following a total football training system and work as hard as you can. Make sure to always perfect your craft. What Chad means by this is making sure day in and day out make yourself a better receiver by doing anything you can. Whether it be route running or catching 500 passes each day. Just do it!
