The Brock Lesnar Workout has many different aspects. And though Brock is a heavyweight, that doesn’t mean that he neglects his cardio. In fact, he probably has to work harder than the smaller guys to keep his body in shape. Keeping his cardio up is a definite challenge at his size. Here is an example of the cardio portion of the workout.
This workout was shown on the UFC All Access program where Rachelle Leah gives viewers an insight how UFC fighters live and train.
It consists of 5 x 5 minute rounds. Each round focuses on a different aspect of his fitness.
