Upper Body Pressing Workout

Elliott Hulse, Chris Marchman and Chris Barnard doing heavy upper body pressing.  In this workout you see them benching with chains.  People that have never used benched with chains are always asking questions about how it works.  This video lets you actually see the action of the chain during the movement.  As the weight is pressed towards the top more and more chain is lifted off the ground.  So the bar gets heavier as it gets closer to lockout.  This teaches you to accelerate quickly to try to outrun the chains and get through your sticking point.
