Julio Jones WorkoutScott Cochran the head strength coach for Alabama can be the man that takes credit for making a monster out of a fragile frame with the Julio Jones workout.  Scott has produced many freaks throughout his tenure at Bama and over the last few years really made a monster out of Julio with his massive 6'3 225 lb. frame.

Monday

Hang Clean 4x5

Squat 5x5

Bench 5x5

Barbell Press 5x4

Auxiliary Lifts

Chinups 3x10

Push ups 3x15-20

Manual Neck 4x10

Weighted Sit ups 3x15

Ab Circuit 5x20

Rotator Cuff Circuit 1x10

Wednesday

Hang Snatch 4x5

Step ups 4x5

Incline Bench 4x5

Clean Pull 4x5

Auxiliary Lifts

Glute/Ham Raise 3x10

Leg Curl 3x10

Barbell Curl 3x10

Manual Neck 4x10

Weighted Sit ups 3x15

Ab Circuit 5x20

Rotator Cuff 1x10

Friday

Power Clean 5x3

Split Jerk 2x5

Squat 4x5

Bench 4x5

Auxiliary Lifts

There it is follow it for a few weeks and see how your results go… Of course these are based on percentages and obviously work to progress the athlete week by week but you may notice to plateau and if that occurs you might want a complete program that steadily progresses your athletic capability… Check this out
