Von Miller hit the scene displaying some of the best athleticism as any outside linebacker coming into the NFL.  He resembles the perfect balance of speed and explosiveness to keep up with the ever evolving speed running backs.  He credits this to the Von Miller workout which has elevated him to an elite linebacker.

When it was time to enter the NFL draft Von didn't slow down in any way shape or form, he pushed himself to the limit and set the goal to outperform every opponent.

Von focuses on a few things in his workout to stay as elusive as he is on the field.  Speed is a main factor with everyones speed elevating every year the huge unmobile backers of the past are left at the way side.  The new breed are fast and can out run runningbacks like Von.  Power allows him to take on blocks and shed them with ease.  But the thing Von focuses on that many lack is his fluidness in his hips that allows him to have explosive sharp agility.  This is what really allows him shine on the field.

To play like Von add many cone drills and focus on perfect form then increase the intensity until you can complete the drill at full speed.
